SKU and warehouse label generator

Create product and warehouse location labels with barcodes or QR codes, then print from your browser.

Paste four columns from a spreadsheet, or use CSV: SKU, Name, Location, Quantity. Keep leading zeros. Maximum 100 rows and 100 labels.

Print settings

Print on A4 portrait at 100% scale, with browser headers and footers disabled. You can choose Save as PDF in the print dialog.

The layout uses 10 mm page margins and 2 mm label gaps. It does not automatically align with pre-cut adhesive sheets or thermal-printer rolls.

CODE128 encodes the SKU or location code, not a retail EAN/UPC. QR encodes the same text. Test the printed size and scanner before use.

Calculated locally. Values are not uploaded or saved.

About this tool

How do I use this tool?

Choose product SKU or warehouse location labels, CODE128 or QR, and dimensions in millimetres. Paste SKU, Name, Location and Quantity as four CSV or tab-separated columns. Generate a preview, then print on A4 or save as PDF.

What should I check before using the result?

Up to 100 rows and 100 labels are processed locally. Product labels encode SKU; warehouse labels encode Location. CODE128 supports printable ASCII, while QR supports UTF-8 text. Names and location text can be multilingual. Codes are not GS1, EAN or UPC registrations. Use A4 portrait, 100% scale, 10 mm margins and 2 mm gaps; test the scanner and paper before batch printing.

Worked example

A row with SKU TSHIRT-BLK-M, name Black T-shirt, location A01-02-03 and quantity 2 creates two identical labels. Switching to warehouse labels encodes A01-02-03 instead of the SKU.
