Use one length unit and the carton inner dimensions after padding. Each estimate uses one repeated orientation; mixed orientations, compression and irregular shapes are not optimized. Payload excludes carton tare weight. A zero product weight disables the weight constraint.
A 20 x 10 x 5 product fits 24 units in a 40 x 30 x 20 carton in its original orientation. At 0.5 kg per unit, the 15 kg payload limit does not reduce that arrangement.
