How do I use this tool?

Read common barcode images and check EAN, UPC or GTIN check digits. Enter your data, run the tool and review the output before using it.

What should I check before using the result?

Read one PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 10 MB and 12 megapixels. Supported decoding includes EAN, UPC and Code 128. A valid checksum does not prove product ownership, registration or authenticity.

Worked example

The sample EAN-13 code 4006381333931 has check digit 1. Changing its last digit to 2 makes the checksum invalid.
