How do I use this tool?

Preview whitespace, case and duplicate-row changes before exporting cleaned data.

What should I check before using the result?

Text files support UTF-8, GB18030 or Windows-1252 decoding; export is UTF-8, up to 2 MB and 5000 rows. Duplicate removal compares entire rows after cleaning. Preview shows the first 100 changes; export contains all retained rows. Numeric strings are not converted. The CSV reader skips completely blank records. Export protects formula cells.

Worked example

Cleaning repeated spaces in the title column makes the first two rows identical. Deduplication keeps one row; SKU 001 remains text.
