Item	What to expect
Service subscription	Monthly, quarterly and yearly billing cycles offer the same platform access. Activate access with the separate subscription payment shown at checkout.
Customer payment receipts	Sent directly to your receiving wallet. MochiPay does not automatically deduct a percentage from that on-chain receipt or hold a pooled balance for payout.
Blockchain / exchange fees	Separate from your subscription. The sending wallet, exchange and blockchain may charge fees. Token transfers from your receiving wallet may require native network coins or resources.
Amount calculation	Orders use the stored exchange rate at creation, configured conversion protection and a small UP/DOWN amount adjustment for matching. These affect the amount sent to the receiving wallet; they are not a hidden platform deduction. Follow the exact amount shown on checkout.
Plugins and examples	Native store plugins, PHP examples, the Integration Skill and MCP downloads are available from the website. AI-host charges, custom development and third-party services are separate.
Usage and support	The listed plans are billing cycles, not volume tiers. Published API field limits and service availability still apply. Contact the official help channels before a high-volume rollout or when you need custom implementation; no custom-development or response-time guarantee is included.
Subscription expiry	Renew to create new customer payment orders. Existing order history remains in your account; authenticated queries remain available unless the account is disabled. Old orders still follow their own expiry and payment-matching rules.
Refunds	Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required or expressly stated otherwise in the Terms. Merchant customer refunds are handled by the merchant; MochiPay cannot reverse blockchain transfers.
