YOUR PAYMENTS. YOUR WALLET.

Customers pay you directly.

Customer payments go on-chain to a receiving address belonging to your enabled wallet. They do not first enter a pooled MochiPay account.

Customer wallet sends funds directly to your receiving wallet. MochiPay observes payment and updates the order.

Your own receiving wallet

Select your wallet when creating an order. Checkout shows the receiving address for that order and network.

Move funds when you need to

Manage the wallet with a compatible wallet app. There is no platform settlement queue, payout approval or T+N schedule for customer payments.

Payment tracking, not pooled funds

MochiPay detects the transaction, checks the amount and confirmations, updates the order, and sends the integration callback.

What happens after your customer places an order?

  1. Your store, application or dashboard creates the payment order and chooses a receiving wallet.
  2. The customer opens an on-site payment dialog or HPP and sees the exact asset, network, amount and receiving address. Classic SaaS and dashboard payment links use HPP.
  3. The customer sends cryptocurrency directly to that address. MochiPay checks the transaction and required confirmations.
  4. The order changes to PAID after the payment conditions are met. Connected stores receive a callback and update their order.
  5. You manage and transfer the received funds from your own compatible wallet.

No platform T+N does not mean zero blockchain delay.

Blockchain confirmations, congestion and network fees still apply. You may need native network coins such as TRX or ETH to send tokens. Importing a phrase does not guarantee every wallet app uses the same derivation path: compare the network and actual receiving address first.

Keep the recovery phrase you backed up during wallet creation. MochiPay stores wallet recovery material encrypted; back up the recovery phrase at creation to manage funds in a compatible wallet. Do not send your phrase to support.

Subscription payments are service fees paid to MochiPay. They are separate from the payments your own customers send to your receiving wallet.
